Our orders are processed within 48 hours. During seasonal periods such as Christmas, order processing can take up to 72 hours.
Please note that any personalized items will take 15 business days to ship.

We ship from our warehouses located in Italy, currently ship worldwide. Average delivery times is as follows: 

  • Orders shipped within EUROPE (except U.K) will arrive within 2-3 business days. 
  • Orders shipped to the rest of the world (including U.K) will arrive within 7 days.

    All returns, regardless of country, will result in a shipping fee as follows:
