Yes, it is possible to exchange an item! However we only accept even exchanges, meaning, the price of the item you want is the same price of the product you have previously purchased. To start an exchange, let us know within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will reply by sending the appropriate return label via email followed by instruction on how to contact the courier. We only use 100% organic cotton percale and sateen, made with OEKO-TEX® and GOTS-certified quality yarns.Our Percale has a dense weave, characterized by 200 very fine threads for every square centimeter. It feels crunchy, fluid and soft at the same time. It is highly breathable and has a matte finish.Our Cotton sateen follows a weaving process where 300 threads are woven for every square centimeter, following the same process as silk. The result is a lightweight fabric that is extremely soft on the skin and with a refined sheen.

No, at Swadl we only use 100% organic fabrics and, therefore, wrinkles are part of the nature of the product. Anti-wrinkle products often use elastane, a fiber that contains 85% polyurethane, making the products non-organic. Machine wash at 60°C / 140°F. However, we invite you to be more eco-friendly by washing sheets at lower temperatures. Wash light and dark colors separately. Bleach can be used, only if necessary. We recommend washing with natural and delicate detergents, however any solvent except tetrachlorethylene can be used. Use a gentle spin cycle of no more than 600 rpm. When drying, hang vertically to avoid excess wrinkles, which form naturally on this type of fabric. Sheets are iron safe up to temperatures of 150°C / 300°F. For a crease-free Hotel effect, we suggest ironing item just before it is completely dry.

Sheets are iron safe up to temperatures of 150°C / 300°F. For a crease-free Hotel effect, we suggest ironing the item just before it is completely dry.

To maintain the softness and high absorbency of these products, we recommend soaking the bathrobe for 24 hours before the first wash, then wash as normal. Machine wash at 60°C / 140F. However, we invite you to be more eco-friendly by washing bathrobes at a lower temperature. Wash light and dark colors separately. The use of bleach is not recommended. We advise washing with natural and delicate detergents. Dry at low temperatures combined with the delicate setting. Iron at a maximum temperature of 110°C / 230°F. For a SPA effect, we recommend ironing the article shortly before it is completely dry.
